Here to bare my soul, shine my light and form deep connections with you. Thank you for being here. My hope for this space is to create a place for positivity, joy and room to grow into our most authentic selves. I help inspired people let go of the expectations of society and replace those rules with whatever makes their hearts happy—however that might look. I am intrigued by total mind, body and spirit wellness and utilizing all the tools that we have to become the highest version of ourselves because everyone deserves an abundant and fulfilling life.
I believe everything carries energy, that our physical environments affect our lives and that our own energy can affect the physical environment. That’s why I’m passionate about art, design and the energy of spaces and how we interact with those extensions of ourselves. Whether that’s through graphic design, art, branding, feng shui, yoga, meditation, reiki or helping others design a life that they love. I also believe that each and every one of us is intuitive. We can all tap into our authentic selves and the knowledge in our hearts, once we clear some of the junk out of the way.
I get excited about lots of things (I believe the term is multi-passionate). But basically, I love being creative in many different forms. This space has evolved over the years, and I hope it continues to evolve with you. I like to share bits and pieces of the insights that come to me so that we can all move towards a life of peace, joy and wellness— one step at a time.

Anna brings nearly ten years of experience in writing, editing, marketing and public relations to the table where her natural eye for design helps clients clarify their message and communicate it visually. Anna’s notable clients include Shake Shack, Gardner Realtors, Metairie Road and The Historic New Orleans Collection.
Anna is the Creative Director at Gambel Communications, a PR and Marketing Firm based in New Orleans, LA. As creative director, Anna develops engaging visual storytelling campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout all branded efforts through media relations, community relations, social media and special events for a variety of clients. With a passion for brand creation and design, she heads up Gambel’s graphic design needs including branding and logo creation, as well as content creation, ad design and Squarespace website design.
Anna graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Leadership and Society. Her professional background stems from four years in publishing, where she served as editor in chief of Sophisticated Woman Magazine, a monthly lifestyle publication based on the Northshore followed by four years with Gambel Communications.
Anna has garnered major national and local media attention for her clients. Most notably, her work for Tall Ships New Orleans resulted in national coverage in The New York Times, The Washington Post and Associated Press as well as coverage on the front pages of The Advocate and The Times-Picayune and Nola.com, with a total of more than 495 million impressions and more than 530 total mentions.
Her work has earned her awards from Press Club of New Orleans and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for graphic design, overall media campaign and influencer marketing. She has also been awarded a Flambeaux Award and Awards of Excellence from the Public Relations Association of Louisiana (PRAL).
Anna has made appearances on WVUE-Fox 8 and WWL-TV to discuss fashion trends on behalf of Canal Place and has served as Mistress of Ceremonies for the Children’s Museum of St. Tammany’s annual fundraiser in back-to-back years. She currently appears regularly on WVUE Fox 8 for segments to discuss trending Apps.
A native of Covington, Louisiana, Anna currently lives and explores in the Irish Channel. Before moving to New Orleans, she and her husband, Vinnie, owned and operated a modern Italian restaurant, Meribo, in downtown Covington for two years before selling it to partners. The venture gave Anna first-hand knowledge of the multifaceted needs of entrepreneurs and reinforced the importance of branding, marketing and public relations for small businesses. She believes that every business has a clientele that simply needs to be identified and reached through authentic, innovative and effective communication.
