Stripes on Stripes

It's starting to get really hot here in Louisiana. It's no surprise that the temp is in the upper 80s in mid-May, but somehow it always catches me off-guard. Breaking out the summer wardrobe means I get to wear shorts and breathable dresses that are all about comfort. (Note: my fall and winter wardrobes are also about comfort, so this is not really revolutionary.)

Aside from "breathable" and "comfortable" my summer style always skews SLIGHTLY from my year-round black, white and gray vibes. And by slightly I mean, instead of black and white stripes I'm attracted to blue and white stripes! Wild.  While it might not be the most interesting wardrobe choice, blue and white stripes are classic and can go with anything. I wear these outfits over and over again with different accessories (and with the same accessories around different people at different times.) You know the drill.
